A casual footwear brand Crocs have announced a collaboration with American maker Salehe Bembury, known for his sexy streetwear style in a “new trend” for the iconic “Classic Clog”.
The Saleh Bembury x Crocs ‘Pollex Clog is an exclusive new design, unique to Crocs. The brand description of it as being an “exploration of design and function that combines tradition with the most ingenuous molds in the industry of footwear”.
It’s Crocs the most directional silhouette to date, made up of three Bembury’s signature fingerprints, merged with massive concave ridges, allowing a multi-directional grip. The holes on the upper part of the shoe are specifically designed to be aligned with the areas of high heat on the foot, they also allow for more airflow.
Bembury the designer who previously created clogs in his designs for Versace, Cole Haan, and Kanye West, describes the new-look clog, which is inspired by nature it can be worn in two ways using two removable and adjustable heel straps made of nylon. “Trail” with straps to wear for outdoor and lifestyle use and strapless for ‘Free wearing.
Crocs also mention that the “Pollex Clog keeps the traditional Crocs appearance, as it has a classic Clog with a footbed that is 360 degrees of comfort.

The Saleh Bembury x Crocs ‘Pollex Clog’ will be on sale starting on December 15 through Size as well as SNS London.
